Terms of Service
The following represents the service and sales agreement between BusinessCreatorPro.com and parties wishing to order web communication services from BusinessCreatorPro.com. Please read these terms and conditions prior to placing an order, as they constitute a legally binding agreement.
1. Age - Should an individual wish to order services from BusinessCreatorPro.com, that individual must be at least 18 years of age, the minimum age by which one may enter legally binding contracts in one's own name.
2. Billing - By ordering the BusinessCreatorPro.com service, you, or the company you represent, are retaining the services of BusinessCreatorPro.com as an independent contractor and will be billed monthly, until your subscription is cancelled, except in the case of free trials, which are not to exceed 30 days. In the case of free trials, all stipulations of this contract become binding at the time of first payment. Requesting a free trial does not obligate user to make a purchase. Accounts include one (1) giga byte of transfer, which is enough for most of our clients. For web sites that receive more than average amounts of web traffic and use more than 1 giga byte of transfer, there is a $3.50 per giga byte fee, that will be billed the following month for all usage over one giga byte.
3. Copyright - BusinessCreatorPro.com owns and maintains all copyrights to BusinessCreatorPro.com web site templates and BusinessCreatorPro.com images. You, or the company you represent, will maintain copyright ownership of the site content which you provide.
6. Payment - BusinessCreatorPro.com accepts payment in the following formats:

PayPal
7. Limitation of Liability - Under no circumstances will BusinessCreatorPro.com be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services, including the use of BusinessCreatorPro.com
8. Use of Copyrighted Information - Should you use design elements or text for use with BusinessCreatorPro.com, you, or the company you represent, acknowledge ownership of such elements and that you, or the company you represent, have the right to use such elements. Should it be found that you, or the company you represent, do not have the right to use design elements supplied to BusinessCreatorPro.com, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BusinessCreatorPro.com from and against any claim, loss or damage, including its reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from the use of such design elements.
10. Late Payment - All accounts that are not paid in full are subject to cancellation.
11. Illegal and Adult Material - The posting of illegal, or obscene images, text or material on a site created with BusinessCreatorPro.com is prohibited.
12. Cancellation - We reserve the right to cancel any account at any time.
By agreeing to these terms, I hereby declare under penalty of perjury that I have read and understand the foregoing terms and conditions of this contract and hereby agree to abide by same in conjunction with placement of my order with BusinessCreatorPro.com
